An ABR represents the buyer in a real estate transaction, is hired to obtain the best possible price and terms for the buyer, and assists in all aspects of the purchase of the real estate property.

- I will schedule appointments and accompany you on property showings.
- I will provide real estate mortgage qualification assistance to facilitate the mortgage application process.
- I will provide assistance in selecting qualified companies and individuals that may be necessary for appropriate and desired property inspections.
- I will provide you with a professional real estate comparative market analysis and tax record research on any homes selected for possible purchase, providing you with factual data on recent comparable sales that will assist you in the offer and negotiation process.
- I will assist you in analyzing all gathered information prior to making a real estate purchase offer.
